In 2022, I had the honor of serving as the Meditation Expert for a group based out of London called "The Sabai Life" created by Rachel Walder. This involved leading online monthly talks and guided meditations for their private group. As a valued member of the Evoke Meditation community, I wanted to gift you with FREE ACCESS to my video library of these recorded Facebook live discussions.
"Sabai" is a beautiful Thai word meaning a combination of happy, relaxed, chill, comfortable. It implies contentment and wellness. Taking it easy.
As I like to say, "The Road to Wellness Starts from Within."

Considering the chaos in the world right now, I wanted to offer the following as food for thought. I love this quote from Abraham Hicks which says, "You are not here to bring light into the world. You are here to BE LIGHT. There is a difference.
This combined beautifully with the teachings on extreme self care by author/teacher Cheryl Richardson as they are both offering the following message and reminder.
Everyone comes here with their own source of light. Your purpose is to tend to YOUR OWN SOUL, YOUR OWN LIGHT.
When you decide to just BE the LIGHT, you will naturally shine wherever you go and it will feel brighter for those who come into your experience. The best contribution you can make to the world is to make your own soul care a priority. Then, the power of your focused light can be a positive influence for others.
So, with that said, here is a Metta Meditation or Loving Kindness Prayer in which we first cultivate love, light, and peace within ourselves before focusing our intention and loving energy and light to empower
those around us.
